Third Thursday Lunch & Learn

On the third Thursday of each month, a luncheon fundraiser is held at Gallery 92 West. The luncheon features a gourmet menu, and a guest host/artist exhibiting their work in the gallery. Guests not only get a wonderful lunch, but a little culture with it. Reservations are required, and space is limited.

Lunch & Learn: May 15, 11:30 a.m. – 1 p.m.

Menu: Chicken Enchiladas, Rice & Beans, Chips & Salsa, and a yummy dessert provided by Dan Rosenbaum

Cost: $15 (includes one raffle ticket to win free lunch)

Artist Receptions

Artist's Opening Receptions are always free and open to the public. Receptions celebrate the opening of a new exhibit at the Gallery, and usually take place on the first Thursday of the month. Beginning at 5 p.m. and lasting until 7 p.m., guests enjoy food, drink, conversation, beautiful visual art exhibits and a brief presentation and message from that month's featured artists. It's a casual and comfortable time to visit with the artists and learn more about their artistic journey, inspiration and process.

Annual Fundraising Gala

Every August, Gallery 92 West hosts its annual Fundraising Gala. This event celebrates the successes of the past year and raises funds to secure FAAA's ability to carry out its mission in the coming year. Guests enjoy food, drink, games and a unique selection of both live and silent auction items.

John C. Fremont Days

2nd Saturday of July, morning

The Fremont Area Art Association participates in children's activities the Saturday of John C. Fremont Days weekend. Members set up easels, and smocks and allow the children to create special paintings free of charge that morning. Bringing art to life for our area children is an important part of the FAAA mission.

Halloween Hysteria

Thursday before Halloween

The Fremont Area Art Association cooperates with the downtown Fremont merchants in providing free face painting during Halloween Hysteria, and inviting all the little ghosts and goblins to "trick or treat" at Gallery 92 West.

Downtown Christmas Walk

Saturday after Thanksgiving

Families are encouraged to visit Gallery 92 West during the annual Downtown Christmas Walk. Activities include story time, face painting and artisitic experiences, all free of charge.
