January 21 – Experience the Excitement of Painting Loose
Create a new life in your images, by staying loose! Learn how to overcome overthinking, step out of your comfort zone and let it flow with luminous colors.
March 18 – Delve into Painting your Favorite Pet
Here is an opportunity to paint a pet portrait in watercolor that you will treasure forever! You will learn how to create an artistic watercolor of your pet, how to blend, how to paint pet hair and more. Bring several photos to choose from (B&W and full-color, 8-1/2"x11" or larger on bond paper.)
May 13 – Explore No-Fear Portrait Painting
A watercolor workshop that explores your uniqueness and style difference
You will learn how to create a realistic or impressionist painting, how to blend hard & soft edges, and hair, and how to build values in facial features from dark to light.
July 8 – A Thrilling Journey into Atmospheric Adventure
September 16 – An Eye-Opening Look into Landscape Painting
November 4 – Experience the Use of Cool vs. Warm Colors

MATERIALS LIST:
Photos: Bring several to choose from - B&W and full color on bond paper to transfer • Pencil (any H) and Kneaded eraser • Paint: Color options are open; use what you have • Brushes: Round, Flat, Filbert, and Mop • Board: Thin plywood, gatorboard, or cooking sheet to tape watercolor paper • Paper: 10x14 140-300lb cold press • Transfer paper: Sally's artist' graphite paper • Palette: plastic or porcelain plate • Tape: 1/2" artist or masking tape • Paper towels or rag cloths • Water containers • Drink and snack
