JOHN C. FREMONT DAYS

The Fremont Area Art Association participates in children’s activities the Saturday of John C. Fremont Days weekend.  Members set up easels, and smocks and allow the children to create special paintings free of charge that morning.  Many children have never painted before – especially on a “for real” easel!  The creativity is delightful!

When:  the 2nd Saturday morning of July

HALLOWEEN HYSTERIA

The Fremont Area Art Association cooperates with the downtown Fremont merchants in providing free face painting during Halloween Hysteria, and inviting all the little ghosts and goblins to “trick or treat” at Gallery 92 West.

When:  5:00 to 7:00 p.m., the last Thursday of October

DOWNTOWN CHRISTMAS WALK  Christmas

Families are encouraged to visit Gallery 92 West during the annual Downtown Christmas Walk.  They can visit with Mrs. Claus and her elves, get their faces painted and do a “make and take” ornament for their family Christmas tree.  All free of charge.

When:  the Friday after Thanksgiving, 5 to 8 p.m.
